Temple Beth El
Home of the Frozen Chosen

Thank you for supporting Temple Beth El with your donation. You can direct your donation to a specific purpose. We list here some of our funds.

Lorraine and David Kasdan Building Fund: This fund is used to pay for building maintenance and repairs. Our beautiful building was built in the early 1950’s and as such requires a lot of maintenance.

General Fund: The General Fund is used for the day-to-day expenses of the Synagogue. It pays for our ongoing religious services and activities, cultural events, salaries of our employees, and utilities.

Rabbi’s Discretionary Fund: This fund enables our Rabbi to fund individual projects and expenses at her discretion.

We also welcome donations to our other special funds. Please contact the Temple office at 701-232-0441 with any questions.

Temple Beth El is a 501(c)3 organization.  Donations are tax deductible to the extent allowed by law.

Donations can be made by mailing a check to our office at 809 11th Ave S, Fargo, ND 58103. USA.

Please remember to give us your name and address (postal and/or email) so that we can send you a tax receipt.

Temple Beth El is now on the list at Minnkota recycling for charitable donations.  If you take recyclable items to any Minnkota recycling center, you can request that Temple Beth El receive a charitable donation based on the weight of the items that you recycle.  We will receive two cents per pound for most items; aluminum pays out at a higher rate.  One of the great things about donating directly to the Minnkota recycling centers is that you can take paper, which is not picked  up at the homes.  They take white or pastel paper and envelopes.  They also pay for cans, plastic bottles number 1 and 2, newspapers and magazines.  The Minkota recycling centers are located at University and 35th Ave S ( open thurs-Sat) and 903 4th Ave N.  Thank you for all contributions!
